IN the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) entrance test results which were announced on Friday evening, city lad Bahadur Singh secured Rank 8. Bahadur Singh is a student of Narayana E-Techno School. In the recently released NEET 2019 results he secured a All India Rank (AIR) 47. Speaking to BM he said, “Medicine gives me a kick and I want to become a surgeon, either in cardiology or trauma because I’m inspired from Dr Devi Shetty and his work.” He also said, “I am looking out for many colleges and JIPMER is certainly a priority. But I am waiting for the results of AIIMS to come out and then I’ll decide.” Apart from the classes and integrated courses offered at school, he said that he spent another two hours preparing for the exams. “The tests set from school on the last few days before the exam really helped me,” he claimed.
