Bengaluru: Three persons, including a 67-year-old woman, were killed and two others sustained minor injuries when the car they were travelling in rammed a roadside tree at Huchchahanume Gowdana Palya on Magadi-Kunigal Road near Magadi town in the small hours of Sunday. Ramanagara district police said the deceased were Narasamma, 67, of Sripatihalli, her daughter Jayalakshmamma, 42, of Talekere village and their relative Kumar, 23, a resident of Kamasandra village. The injured are Prashant and Gangalakshmamma. All five are daughters and grandchildren of Narasamma. Ramanagara superintendent of police Chetan Singh Rathor said the accident took place around 2am when they were returning to their villages after attending a relative’s marriage near Magadi. “There was a small curve near the accident spot.
